New Beginnings For Spring

Tulips

Hey ya’ll, happy April. Can you even believe that spring has sprung already? This year is flying by. I did something super exciting for spring…. You may have noticed, I got a whole new website! Yes, I finally put it in the hands of a professional. I am thrilled with the new look and excited to be blogging more and spending more time in general at my virtual home.

For me, spring has always been new beginnings. I love to clean out all of the closets, do a full body cleanse, (I am doing a month of Isagenix) take a look at my finances and make sure I am on the right track, and also take a look at business and where I am going with it.

I have a new book coming out soon as well, (hopefully in the next two months) another memoir. I am beyond excited about this one, as it chronicles my spiritual journey over two years. There have been set backs on releasing it because my editor had a death in the family among other emergencies over the past six months that she had to address before she could finish working on my masterpiece. It was frustrating and  it felt like there was no momentum, but each time she had to put my work on the back burner, something happened in my life that I wanted to add to the book. The set backs were actually a blessing and my book is so much better than it would have been if everything had gone smoothly. I have learned that patience IS a virtue.

I also had a wonderful chat about money with the amazing Joanna DeVoe  last month and I wanted to share it here on the blog for those who might have missed it. I am dressed in green, since I released it on St. Paddy’s Day. I have always felt is is so important for women to have their own money. Money is freedom. Money gives you choices. Money gives you security. I remember Reverend Dr. Michael Beckwith saying once in a sermon, “there ain’t nothing wrong with having some money in your pocket!”

Enjoy this video and let me know what your money manifesting rituals are.
