Join me, and Nykki Hardin as we cleanse and reset! July 15th, 2013 is the start date. Join us for a 2 week nutritional cleanse (not a fast) and feel amazing. You will drop a few pounds, reset yourself emotionally, sleep better, and flood your body with nutrition! I did the cleanse last year and felt amazing. I even got along better with my husband.

As a matchmaker, my task is to facilitate singles to connect with their soul mates. In other words, just call me Cupid! In the dozen or so years that I have been matchmaking, I have had the pleasure of introducing many couples that have gone on to get married and ride off into the sunset living happily ever after. But there are also many singles that are still searching, and still struggling to find that perfect mate for them.

One of the biggest challenges that I see, a big reason that people are not connecting, is their expectation for a mate does not match with who they are. Attractive, intelligent and successful people want to date, and marry someone who they feel are “at their level”. They aren’t looking to settle for “average” or “so-so.” They’re looking for an incredible man or woman that is as exceptional as they are. I know, I know, he/she should love you for your witty personality, big heart and incredible soul….. well, sorry to say, but life ain’t fair! Humans are shallow and they have to like what they see before they want to know about your soul. It’s just the way it is.

So if you’re seeking a person who’s the total package, you need to get real with yourself and ask: Am I the total package? Am I in the best physical shape I can be? The best emotional state I can be? The best spiritual state I can be in? If the answer is “uhh” or “well” or “not really” then there is some work to do. But the good news is, that it can be fun, heart opening and life changing!

Deepak Chopra says, “the correct mindset to attract a soul mate is not to look for the right person, but to become the right person. So, never ask what kind of person you want to attract into your life. Ask what kind of person you want to be and then when you become those qualities then a soul mate will show up to reflect those qualities because every relationship is a mirror and if you don’t like what you see in the mirror, you don’t fight with the mirror or break it, you change the reflection by changing yourself.”

I do want to share that this two week cleanse is not just about releasing some weight off the booty and melting away your muffin top, it is waaaay more than that. Cleansing the body of toxins also cleanses the soul. Emotional baggage can surface and release, you will find yourself more calm and at peace, and therefore existing relationships can renew and thrive.

Toxins are toxic. Accumulated toxins in the body have been linked to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, and auto-immune disorders. Reset Self will protect your body and safeguard your health. Our anti-toxin tonics help extract dangerous, foreign substances from your system.

Reset Self gives you new found energy and life almost instantly. Cleansing the body is a proactive approach to health and can help prevent disease. Eating healthy is no longer enough. Removing added waste from tissues, organs and glands is essential to create an environment that allows the body to heal itself.

Now, this is a lot of scary information being thrown at you, but please believe us when we say we are not trying to convert the masses into die-hard organic raw foodists. That doesn’t even describe us! Instead, we want to help you become better informed about what you put into your body. But you have to live your life and enjoy yourself: This is about finding the right balance.

A: YES! How would you react if you never had a day off? The benefits of a one-day cleanse, once a week are astronomical! This cleanse method has been an Eastern practice for centuries, used as a quick strategy to strengthen the immune system, sharpen mental clarity, and allow the body to “catch up.” Like yourself, your body needs a rest. After only one day of stopping solid food intake, enzymes stop visiting your stomach and instead travel into the bloodstream and intestines, where they get busy attacking all sorts of old waste matter, damaged cells, and pollutants.

Now that you have cleaned the house, cleaned the fridge, cleaned your body, and working out, it’s time to start talking nutrition. This is where a lot of people struggle, including myself. But after a lot of research, I finally learned what’s healthy to eat – even if it is a vegetable. Not all vegetables are healthy, fruits as well. A lot of them contain carbs, sugars, or fats. This is what we are trying to rid your body of. So next time you are out grocery shopping and you’re not sure what to get, tell yourself this: “The darker the color, the better.” While head lettuce might be high in fiber, it’s still not the best for your salad. Simply because it has no nutrition besides the fiber. Try eating Romaine lettuce and adding spinach – full of vitamins!
