Happy June everyone! I cannot believe that the year is half gone already. But, I always like to put a positive spin on everything, so I will say that we still have six glorious months left of 2013. I hope that you have achieved some of your goals that you made in January. If not, it is not too late to get cracking! What is your passion? What can you do in the second half of 2013 to bring more passion into your life and achieve a goal or two on your list?
Here are Five things that I am passionate about:
1. Love. I am a real life Cupid connecting soul mates and believe that there is a top for every pot.
2. Books. I have been a bookworm since I was a very wee girl, thanks to my parents who started reading to me from the get go.
3. Writing. Writing gets my creative juices flowing and allows me to use all of my life experience and more important, “mistakes” as fodder. No dumb decision goes wasted. The proof of that lies in my two memoirs,

4. Animals. My dog Macie is the top for my pot. Some of you might say, “hey, but what about that hunky Latin husband of yours?” I would say, he is the pot holder. Macie “gets” me in a way no one else can. She gives me the unconditional love that I can get no where else. When I am in her energy field, she raises my vibration and makes my heart sing. When Macie and I take our daily stroll through the neighborhood in the early morning, we encounter a few squirrels along the way. They stop and chit chatter with us, grounding and centering me for my busy day, teaching me to live in the moment.
5. Health. Without health, we have nothing. How can we achieve our goals and do the things we want to do if we are sick or don’t feel good? We have a ginormous problem here in the good ole United States of America. 3/4 of our nation is overweight. Our health care system is splitting at the seams with illnesses like diabetes, obesity, cancer, heart disease, just to name a few. Staying healthy is a priority in my life and I love finding new things to add to my regime. I am a fan of a site called Hungry for Change check it out. They have all kinds of info, tips, videos, recipes, experts to help you make a change in your health to live longer and feel amazing! Sign up for their newsletter. Today there was an article about bee pollen. I started taking bee pollen daily a couple of months ago. Here is an excerpt from Hungry for Change’s newsletter:
